Q: Do I need a salt wather fishing license to fish with Captain TOny TIllett aboard the Carolinain? A: Our charters do not have to worry about buying a salt water fishing license. Every passenger during that charter will be covered under our "Blanket License". Q: How many people are allowed on a charter? A: Regulation allows a maximum of six people per charter.
Q: What do I need to bring on our trip? A: Food and beverages for your day, sun screen, appropriate clothing, etc. Q: Will I need to bring any bait and tackle? A: No, Captain Tony Tillett will provide all bait and tackle. Q: Are we allowed to keep the fish we catch? A: Yes, although, we adhere to all rules and regulations (bag & size limits) set forth by National Marine Fisheries.
Q: Is there anyone available to clean our fish? A: Oregon Inlet Fishing Center has a professional fish cleaning service available.
Q: Is it standard to tip the mate? A: As a general rule you tip like you would in a restaurant - 15% to 20% of the charter price.
Q: What time do we leave the dock? A: A typical day runs from 5:30am - 4:00pm
